At Eviluxe, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are issued for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us via email at support@eviluxe.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a 30-second video showing the damaged item and explaining the problem.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your notification and inspect the item, we will inform you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if the customer changes their mind after the order has been processed or shipped.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.
