We at Eviluxe want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@eviluxe.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Return Process

  3. Prepare Your Return:
    • Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number and a copy of your receipt.
  4. Ship the Item:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Use a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
