- Free shipping on orders valued at $75 USD or more
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours after processing on weekdays.
- Average delivery time is 6 to 12 working days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@eviluxe.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a 30-second video showing the damaged item and explaining the problem. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled if the customer changes their mind after the order has been processed or shipped.
International Shipping
- Eviluxe ships worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges.
